Keith Kibirango
Founder & Chief Executive

Keith is the Chief Executive and Founder of New Global Markets (NGM). With over 20 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, and social impact across the UK, Europe, Africa, and globally, Keith is recognised for turning bold vision into lasting impact. A British Ugandan lawyer, he holds degrees from Makerere University and the London School of Economics, and has built a career rooted in purpose, justice, and transformative leadership.

Keith began his career in Uganda, leading organisations like the Legal Aid Project of the Uganda Law Society, before moving to the UK, where he pioneered major donor and fundraising programmes at Ark, Tommy’s, JUSTICE, and Save the Children UK. There, he secured a historic £10 million donation from an African billionaire—the largest private donation from Africa to a nonprofit to date. As CEO of Crown Agents International Development, he tripled the organisation’s annual income to £15 million in just three years.

A respected strategist and global advocate, Keith has raised over £100 million, built high-level corporate partnerships, and influenced policy through international platforms. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum, UN General Assembly, COP28, and addressed audiences at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.

Adam Johnson
Co-Founder & Chief Partnerships Officer

Adam transitioned from commercial sales to charity fundraising in 2007, following a decade-long career in telecoms, digital media, and legal publishing. During his tenure at Crisis, where he worked for over ten years, Adam led the development of significant corporate partnerships. He built a sector-leading philanthropy program, raising over £14 million to support individuals recovering from homelessness.

As a director, Adam played a pivotal role in helping organisations forge meaningful relationships and develop sustainable income streams, even amid the challenges of the pandemic. At Crown Agents, he specialised in Crisis Response and Recovery programs and public service delivery projects, collaborating with multinational companies such as UBS Optimus, Pfizer, and GSK to secure over £12 million in funding.

David Cohen
Partnerships Manager

David has several years of experience in charity operations and fundraising, with a focus on student care, community mental health, dementia research, and youth healthcare. He played a key leadership role at Nightline, growing its volunteer base to 150 and ensuring consistent service delivery. As a Reablement Officer, he supported individuals transitioning from secure mental health facilities, creating personalised care strategies in collaboration with medical and community teams.

At the Alzheimer’s Society, David managed fundraising across the South of England, securing over £2 million through corporate, community, and philanthropic partnerships. He’s represented the Society at major conferences and events, and is skilled in building strategic relationships and delivering impactful donor programmes. David leads with collaboration and a strong commitment to effective, well-stewarded partnerships.

Robbie Beveridge
Communications Manager

Robbie has been a communications professional within the charity and not-for-profit sector for over a decade, working at a range of health, education and international development organisations.

For the last five years, Robbie has been working as a freelance editor and communications consultant for small or new organisations looking to build or strengthen their communications outputs. He has been editor of specialist magazines such as MAGISTRATE magazine, the Property Chronicle and Common Knowledge.

Most recently, Robbie has worked as Communications Manager for The Academy of Real Assets, setting up communications infrastructure and strategy, helping grow the organisation from its inception into a UK-wide entity.

Brenda Amusolo
Business Support Officer

Brenda is an experienced business support officer specialising in executive support, office operations, and project coordination. At New Global Markets (NGM), she manages executive calendars, high-level meetings, and stakeholder engagement.

Previously, Brenda held leadership roles, including Head of Operations at Lycanthia Rare Books (UK), overseeing marketing and operations. Passionate about community development, she has supported various non-profit initiatives.

She holds a B.A. in International Relations from United States International University-Africa and excels in executive support and project management.
